1. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed for services offered by Snipernet (snipernet.in). By using our services, you agree to this policy.
2. Service Cancellation a. Before Activation Customers may request cancellation before service activation/installation. Eligible refunds (if any) will be processed after deducting applicable processing or installation charges. b. After Activation Once the internet service is activated, no cancellation request will be eligible for a refund. Customers may choose to discontinue services; however, no prorated refunds will be provided for unused periods.
3. Refund Policy Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances: Duplicate payment made by the customer Payment deducted but service not activated due to technical reasons from our end Failed transactions where the amount is debited but service is not confirmed Non-Refundable Cases: Activated services Partial usage of subscribed plans Delay caused due to customer unavailability for installation Any promotional or discounted plans (unless explicitly stated)
4. Refund Process Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (bank account, card, UPI, etc.). In case of payment gateway delays, timelines may vary as per the policies of the payment partner (Razorpay/PayU).
5. Transaction Failures If your account is debited but the transaction fails, the amount is usually auto-reversed within 5–7 working days by your bank/payment gateway. If not received within this period, please contact us with transaction details.
6. Equipment & Installation Charges Installation fees and equipment charges (if any) are non-refundable once the installation process has been initiated. Any equipment provided remains the property of Snipernet unless otherwise stated.

9. Refund will only be considered if the service is not activated after successful payment.
10. In case of duplicate payment, the extra amount may be refunded after verification.
11. Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of the transaction.
12. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
13. No cancellation is allowed after the service has been activated.
14. Company reserves the right to reject refund requests if misuse or fraud is detected.
